HUAWEI AppGallery 10.10 Super Sale Campaign

Huawei Mobile Services HUAWEI AppGallery 10.10 Super Sale Campaign is arranged and sponsored by Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, a Limited Liability Company established in Hong Kong (hereafter “Huawei Services HK and/or Huawei”).

Huawei ID users registered in Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong (China), Macau (China), Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Cambodia can enter this campaign by making HUAWEI In-App-Purchases in selected app or game during the Campaign Period.

Duration: [HUAWEI AppGallery 10.10 Super Sale Campaign] campaign period is from 00:00AM October 5th to 23:59PM October 18th 2020, (UTC+8).

This Campaign is open for all Huawei ID users who registered in The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong (China), Macau (China), Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Cambodia:

Rules and Mechanics:

Mechanics 1:

a. Eligible users will be entitled to 15% HUAWEI Points rebate on their first two transactions every day.

b. The 15% HUAWEI Points rebate applies to HUAWEI In-App-Purchases from any apps downloaded from HUAWEI AppGallery during the campaign period.

c. Huawei will verify the transaction, and the HUAWEI Points will be auto-credited into eligible user’s Huawei ID Account instantly after the actions specified under Rules and Mechanics (a) and HUAWEI Points Claiming (e) has been completed.

HUAWEI Points Claiming:

a. 1 HUAWEI Point is equivalent to 1 Singapore Dollar

b. Example: If the user spent SGD 50 during the campaign period, the 15% HUAWEI Points rebate will be calculated based on the integer value of SGD 50. The rebate amount will be: SGD 50 x 15% = 7.5 HUAWEI Points

c. The HUAWEI Points can be used to offset the Huawei In-App-Purchases transactions.

d. Eligible users must claim the HUAWEI Points earned under this campaign within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt, and thereafter any unclaimed Huawei Points shall be forfeited.

e. Follow the steps below to claim the HUAWEI Points:

Go to “Settings” >Tap on HUAWEI ID profile to enter “Account Centre” > “Payment and Purchases” > “Huawei Points” > “Claim”.

f. All rebates are not exchangeable for cash or item, and are non-transferable.

g. All transactions made after the claiming of Huawei Point is non- refundable.

Mechanics 2 (*Only applicable to The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong (China), Macau (China), Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam and Japan) :

(i.) Top 10 Spenders will be able to receive a FREE Gadget as our Top Spender Reward from HUAWEI.

(ii.) Make In-App-Purchases on selected games (listed on the Campaign page) via Bank Card (Debit Card/Credit Card/FPX) and/or Direct Carrier Billing.

(iii.) Participants can spend on more than one game or app to accumulate the spending amount.

(iv.) Each participant is entitled to only ONE Prize throughout the campaign period. The Top 10 Spenders with selected apps will win the prize. The prize is also determined by the participant’s highest spent level and on a first-come-first-served basis.

(Example: A user accumulated SGD 2740 of in-game purchases across the campaign period, the prize won will be a HUAWEI nova 7i).

Prizes for each spend level

Winner Announcement:

1. The Top 10 Spenders will be announced 10 days after the end of the campaign on HUAWEI MOBILE SERVICE official Facebook fan page. The winner announcement date is on the 28 October 2020: 12:00 PM (UTC+8)

2. Huawei Services Singapore team will contact the Top 10 Spenders via email or phone number. All Top 10 Spenders are required to provide information including (1) Full name and (2) email address. The personal information collected through this campaign are solely for prize verification purpose.

3. Each participant ID is entitled to one (1) FREE GADGET’ Prize per person

4. The amount of the top spenders are counted based on SGD currencies on the end date of the event.

5. Top 10 Spenders are required to collect the prizes in person at Huawei designated office with accordance to the redemption details provided by Huawei Services. Prizes delivery by post is available.

6. All Prizes are subject to availability and on a while stocks last basis.

7. All Top 10 Spenders shall accept Prizes as they are. Huawei Services HK makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the Prizes in this Campaign. Huawei Services HK assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the Prizes or the nature/consumption of the prizes and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.

8. Huawei Services HK reserves the right to change the Prizes with prizes of similar value with prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion. Decisions by Huawei Services HK will be final and no appeals will be entertained.

9. All Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or item, and are non-transferable.

General:

i. By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

ii. Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of HUAWEI Points are the sole responsibility of the HUAWEI ID Users.

iv. Only applicable for AppGallery users whose IDs are registered in the campaign's specified countries ( The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong (China), Macau (China), Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Cambodia)

v. Only applicable for users whose bank account issuing country is compatible with the campaign's specified countries.

vi. Only applicable for users whose mobile numbers Payment Country is compatible with the campaign’s specified countries.

vii. Multiple HUAWEI IDs on one device or changing your IP might prevent you from enjoying our promotions and offers.

viii. Participants must be 18 years or above to claim a Prize. Minors should have their parent or guardian enter on their behalf. Entry is open to residents of Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong (China), Macau (China), Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam and Japan.

ix. Employees of Huawei Services HK or Huawei group, their immediate families, Huawei’s Advertising, Creative and Public Relations agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

x. Huawei Services HK processes and uses any personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the local applicable laws and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”). The data shall be processed for lawful purposes directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign as well as delivering the prize to the winner. Any personal data provided is retained no longer than 12 months after the Campaign.

xi. This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Huawei Services HK reserves all the rights to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign from time to time, and the latest version of the Terms and Conditions is available at 10.10 Super Sale. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, in no event shall Huawei Services HK be held liable in whatsoever manner arising from, in connection with or relating to the Campaign.

xii. Please be advised that all materials posted on site are subjected to public downloading and viewing of third party viewers. All intellectual property rights contained in the apps, theme(s), etc for the purpose of this Campaign shall be owned by Huawei Services HK.
